Makes 3 to 4 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 1 hour

1 tablespoon cooking oil
¼ red onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup ground pork
3 cups Filipino style tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

4 egg whites
300 grams spaghetti noodles, cooked

1 cup quickmelt cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup ham, sliced
½ cup pepperoni, sliced

1. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground pork and fry until light brown.
2. Add in tomato sauce and stir to incorporate.
3. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Divide sauce into two, then set aside.

1. In a bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy.
2. Mix in half of the cooked sauce and stir.
3. Toss in cooked spaghetti until it is well incorporated. Set aside.

1. In a greased baking dish, pour in spaghetti and flatten it down on the dish with a spatula.
2. Spread the remaining sauce evenly over the spaghetti.
3. Generously sprinkle the toppings: quickmelt cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, button mushrooms, ham, and pepperoni.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and toppings are cooked.
5. Serve hot, slice, and enjoy!
