Preparation and cooking time per variant: 15 to 40 minutes

Ingredients:
Tapa & Salted Dark Chocolate:
1 bag microwaveable plain popcorn
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces
Salt to taste
3/4 cup cooked tapa, cut into bits

Dilis, Peanuts, & Caramel:
1 bag microwaveable plain popcorn
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cooked dilis
1/2 cup salted peanuts

Adobo Flakes & Chili Garlic Oil:
1 bag microwaveable plain popcorn
1/2 cup olive oil
1/8 cup sliced siling labuyo
1 bulb garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup cooked adobo flakes

Fried Basil & Salted Egg:
1 bag microwaveable plain popcorn
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup butter
6 pieces salted egg yolks
2 teaspoons sugar
salt to taste
1 cup fresh basil leaves, fried

Procedure:
Tapa & Salted Dark Chocolate:
1. Cook the popcorn in the microwave following package instructions. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Stir until clarified and simmering.
3. Pour hot butter on a bowl with the dark chocolate pieces. Mix until chocolate is smooth.
4. Pour the chocolate onto another bowl with the popcorn. Top with tapa bits and mix. Let it cool before serving.Dilis, Peanuts, & Caramel:
1. Cook the popcorn in the microwave following package instructions. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Stir until clarified. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla extract. Keep stirring until consistency turns into syrup or caramel.
3. Pour the caramel onto a bowl with the popcorn. Top with dilis and peanuts and mix. Let it cool before serving.

Adobo Flakes & Chili Garlic Oil:
1. Cook the popcorn in the microwave following package instructions. Set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add siling labuyo and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Lower the heat and add the garlic. Allow to cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Mix in the brown sugar and salt, continuously cooking over low heat for 30 minutes. Set aside to slightly cool.
5. Pour the oil mixture onto a bowl with the popcorn. Top with adobo flakes and mix.

Fried Basil & Salted Egg:
1. Cook the popcorn in the microwave following package instructions. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Melt the butter until clarified. Mash in the egg yolks until combined with the butter.
3. Mix in sugar salt to taste. Turn off the heat and continue to cool until it thickens.
4. Pour the salted egg sauce onto a bowl with the popcorn and mix. Top with fried basil leaves.
