Preparation and cooking time: 1 hour
1 kilo galunggong, cleaned
3-4 pieces ripe santol, peeled and cut half way through the center
1 piece onion, chopped
3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
2 thumbs ginger, sliced and crushed
3 pieces siling haba
1 piece red chili pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Banana leaves for wrapping
1. Take 3 pieces of galunggong and wrap it together using cut up banana leaves.
2. Take a wok or pan and arrange all your ingredients in.
3. Place on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
