Makes 4 to 6 servings

1 tablespoon fish sauce (patis)
8 pieces calamansi, juiced
1/2 cup MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
6 pieces chicken thighs and drumsticks
1 pack MAGGI® Magic Sarap®

8 pieces calamansi, juiced
1 tablespoon fish sauce (patis)
1/2 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/8 cup red onion, minced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup Maggi® Oyster Sauce
Siling labuyo, finely chopped (optional)

Cooking oil for frying


1. In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients and mix until well combined and chicken is fully coated. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.
4. In a pan over medium high heat, pan fry the chicken in hot cooking oil.
5. Add the sauce and allow to simmer until chicken is browned and caramelized. Serve hot!
