No-Bake 10-Minute Pizza


Makes: 6 slices
Preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes


3 pieces large monay, sliced in half
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup UFC Banana Catsup
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon laurel powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup pepperoni slices


1. Heat butter in a pan and place the bread slices, face down, on the pan. Cook until golden. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, add more oil if desired and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add UFC Banana Catsup, dried oregano, and laurel powder. Simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. On a slice of monay, spread a layer of pizza sauce and top with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, and then top with pepperoni slices.
4. Cover and cook on low heat for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
