DIFFICULTY: Easy

Makes 3 to 6 servings
Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes each


Ingredients:

ALL-IN-ONE TORTA:
¼ cup cooking oil
3 eggs beaten
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
2 pieces red bell pepper, minced
1 piece carrot, minced
1 cup minced potatoes
¼ kg ground pork

TORTANG CORNED BEEF:
1 pc potato, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 pcs fresh medium eggs
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small can corned beef
½ sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 pc onion, chopped

TORTA DE PATATA:
4 pcs fresh medium eggs
4 pcs cheese slices
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
⅛ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 pc large onion, cut into strips
6 tbsp olive oil
½ kg potato peeled, sliced thinly

Procedure:

ALL-IN-ONE TORTA:
1. In a bowl combine pork, potatoes, carrots, red bell pepper and MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Mix until fully incorporated.
2. Fry ½ of the mixture into a big size patty similar to a small pizza then repeat the same with the other half or fry the mixture into smaller pieces similar to the size of burger patty.
3. Add eggs to bind and divide mixture into 2. Heat cooking oil.

TORTANG CORNED BEEF:
1. Sauté garlic, onion, potato and corned beef in oil in a non stick pan.
2. Beat eggs and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Pour and stir until barely set and continue to cook over low heat.
3. Place a plate to cover, flip and slide back the egg to the pan to cook the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve warm.

TORTA DE PATATA:
1. Sauté potato and onion in olive oil in a non stick pan. Season with ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Remove and set aside to cool.
2. Beat eggs and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Add sautéed potato mixture.
3. Pour half of the mixture in the same pan, carefully stir and cook until barely set. Place cheese on top and pour remaining potato and egg mixture. Cook until barely set. Cover with plate, flip and return in the pan to cook the other side.
