Makes 17 to 20 pieces
Preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes
1 pack crushed MY San Crushed Graham Crackers
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/8 cup white sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
White sugar for sprinkling
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
68 to 80 pieces small marshmallows
1. Place the pastillas crackers ingredients except the white sugar for sprinkling in a bowl and mix.
2. With a rolling pin, roll out and flatten the pastillas mixture onto a floured surface. Slice into squares with a sharp knife, transfer on a baking dish, then sprinkle pastillas crackers with white sugar.
3. In a pre-heated toaster oven, bake the pastillas crackers for 5 minutes at about 150 degrees Celsius. let cool.
1. Spread chocolate syrup on a pastillas cracker and add about four pieces of marshmallow in each. Top with more chocolate syrup and sandwich with another pastillas cracker. do the same for the remaining pieces.
