Mango Cashew Bars

Time needed: 40 minutes.

Makes: 12 pieces

1 cup unsalted melted butter 
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can condensed milk
5 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1/ 2 cup oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cup cut Dried Mango
1 cup Cashew Nuts


  1. Make batter

    In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, condensed milk, egg yolks, vanilla, and oil. Set aside.

  2. Sift in dry ingredients

    Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.

  3. Add mango and cashew

    Add in cashew nuts and dried mango then fold into the batter until everything is evenly dispersed.

  4. Bake and cut

    Pour batter into a greased pan and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Cut into equal squares.
