Makes 3 to 4 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes


5 liters water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon salt
400 grams El Real Flat Spaghetti

Oil based sauce:
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2/3 cup lechon kawali meat, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup diced or shredded queso de bola
2 1/2 cups fresh milk


1. Boil 5 liters of water in a large pot. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil and 1 tablespoon salt.
2. Add the El Real Flat Spaghetti. Stir occasionally.
3. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes of until tender but firm to the bite. Be careful not to overcook.
4. Drain and rinse in ice water. Set aside.

Oil based sauce:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the lechon kawali until rendered and crispy.
2. Saute the garlic and add the onion powder and paprika.
3. Mix in the cooked El Real Flat Spaghetti and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

1. Heat the olive oil and butter on a small pot. add the diced quezo de bola and saute until brown.
2. Add the milk. Allow to simmer until cheese are soft. Mix.
3. Pour the cheese sauce on the prepared El Real Flat Spaghetti and top with fried lechon kawali skin.
