Makes: 4 – 6 servings
½ kilo macaroni pasta, cooked
1 piece LADY’S CHOICE Real Mayonnaise bottle (700ml)
½ tablespoon garlic finely minced
¼ cup red onions, minced
¼ cup carrots, minced
¼ cup pickle relish, drained well
¼ cup red and green bell peppers, minced
¼ cup pineapple tidbits
1½ cups roasted/rotisserie chicken, diced
1 cup grapes, halved
2 blocks kesong puti, cubed
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix together LADY’S CHOICE Real Mayonnaise with garlic and half of kesong puti. Mix well, crushing the kesong puti as much as you can. Season to taste with salt and pepper then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine onions, carrots, pickle relish, bell peppers, pineapple tidbits, and macaroni pasta then mix and toss until everything is evenly distributed and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add LADY’S CHOICE Real Mayonnaise mixture, chicken pieces, grapes, and remaining kesong puti, leaving some for topping. Toss and mix until everything is well combined and well coated in the creamy mayonnaise.
Sprinkle remaining kesong puti cubes on top. Chill for 2 hours.
