Makes 2-3 servings
Preparation and Cooking Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes (including 1 hour freezing time)


Ingredients:

Iskrambol:
2 cups evaporated milk
4 tablespoons condensed milk
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon banana essence
Red food coloring

Assembly:
2 1/2 cups ice cubes
3 tablespoons milk powder
4 pieces wafer sticks
2 tablespoons rice crispies
2 tablespoons mini marshmallows
1/8 cup caramel or chocolate syrup

Procedure:

Iskrambol:
1. In a pan over medium heat, mix together the evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar and red food coloring, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
2. Add banana essence and mix until well combined. Place mixture in an ice tray and freeze. Unmold once set.

Assembly:
1. Using an ice crusher, crush the flavored ice with regular ice cubes and place in serving bowl.
2. Top crushed ice with milk powder, wafer sticks, rice crispies, and mini marshmallows. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and enjoy with friends!
