Makes 12 sandwiches
Preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Chocolate:
2 packs La Pacita Prima Toast Classic (100 grams)
Chocolate ice cream
Crushed peanut milk chocolates for garnish
Keso:
2 packs La Pacita Prima Toast Sweet (100 grams)
Cheese ice cream
Chopped toasted cashews
Vanilla:
2 packs La Pacita Prima Toast Caramel (100 grams)
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sprinkles
Procedure:
Chocolate:
1. Place the La Pacita Prima Toast Classic pieces in a bowl.
2. Soften the chocolate ice cream just until it is easy to scoop onto one toast. Place ice cream in the middle of the toast and top with another toast, pressing gently to form a sandwich. Smooth out the edges with a spatula or butter knife.
3. Roll the sides on crushed peanut milk chocolates. Repeat for the other three sandwiches.
4. Freeze until set.
Keso:
1. Place the La Pacita Prima Toast Sweet pieces in a bowl.
2. Soften the keso ice cream just until it is easy to scoop onto one toast. Place ice cream in the middle of the toast and top with another toast, pressing gently to form a sandwich. Smooth out the edges with a spatula or butter knife.
3. Roll the sides on chopped toasted cashews. Repeat for the other three sandwiches.
4. Freeze until set.
Vanilla:
