Makes 1 glass
Preparation time: 10 minutes


1 cup Honey Stars Cereal, plus a bit more for garnish
1 & 1/2 cup milk
4 big scoops mantecado ice cream, slightly softened
Whipped cream for topping
Butter Balls, crushed for topping


  1. Soak the cereal in the milk and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. After, add to a blender with the scoops of mantecado ice cream. Blend until smooth but still thick.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, Honey Stars cereal, and crushed butter balls.
