Makes 1 glass
Preparation time: 10 minutes
1 cup Honey Stars Cereal, plus a bit more for garnish
1 & 1/2 cup milk
4 big scoops mantecado ice cream, slightly softened
Whipped cream for topping
Butter Balls, crushed for topping
- Soak the cereal in the milk and refrigerate for an hour.
- After, add to a blender with the scoops of mantecado ice cream. Blend until smooth but still thick.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, Honey Stars cereal, and crushed butter balls.
