Homemade Mango Soft Serve Ice Cream

DIFFICULTY: Easy

Makes 4 to 6 servings each
Preparation and cooking time: 3 hours


Ingredients:

MANGO SOFT SERVE
1 cup NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM, chilled
1 ⅓ cups sugar
3 pieces mangoes
¼ teaspoon fine salt

PINOY MANGO ICE CREAM SANDWICH
Mango soft serve
Monay

ULTIMATE MANGO DESSERT
Mango soft serve
1 cup ripe mango, diced
Crushed Graham crackers

Procedure:

MANGO SOFT SERVE
1. Puree mango flesh via blender or use overripe mango and strain.
2. In a pan over medium-low heat, combine mango puree and sugar and stir continuously. Strain and set aside to cool.
3. In a bowl, whip chilled NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM.
4. Add mango puree and whisk together until soft peaks. Transfer to container. Smooth the top and cover with parchment paper and seal the container.
5. Place in the freezer for 10 – 12 hours or overnight.

PINOY MANGO ICE CREAM SANDWICH
1. Slice Monay.
2. Scoop mango soft serve onto monay.
3. Top soft serve with fresh mangoes.

ULTIMATE MANGO DESSERT
1. Scoop Mango Soft Serve.
2. In a serving cup, layer crushed graham, mango soft serve, and mangoes. Repeat for all layers.
3. Top with more mangoes.
