Makes 4 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes


Egg Filling:
3 pieces eggs
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Spinach Pesto Filling:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1⁄2 tablespoon minced garlic
1⁄8 cup store-bought basil pesto
3 cups spinach leaves

4 pieces large pandesal, toasted
1/4 cup LADY’S CHOICE HAM SPREAD 4 pieces cooked ham slices


Egg Filling:
1. In a bowl, combine eggs and chopped red peppers, salt, and pepper then beat until well combined.
2. In a wide pan over medium high heat, cook the scrambled eggs until fluffy.

Spinach and Basil Pesto Filling:
1. In a pan over medium heat, sauté garlic in oil until fragrant.
2. Add basil pesto and stir until well combined.
3. Add spinach and mix until pesto is well distributed. Cook until slightly wilted and warmed through. Remove from pan.

1. Slice off the pandesal pieces in the middle.
2. Spread a layer of LADY’S CHOICE HAM SPREAD on the bottom face. Top with spinach pesto, cooked ham, and scrambled eggs. You may spread more LADY’S CHOICE HAM SPREAD on the top face for an extra creamy bite.
