Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes
½ cup dulong, mashed
1 cup tiny shrimp, alamang
1½ cup gabi, grated extremely fine
¾ cup cornstarch
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chipped
3 tablespoons green onions sliced
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Oil, for frying
1. In a bowl, combine dulong, shrimp, grated gabi, cornstarch, parsley, green onions, and water until well combined. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything into a smooth batter.
2. Ladle a spoon of the mixture into a thin layer onto a shallow pan with oil and shallow fry until crispy and golden on both sides.
