Time needed: 45 minutes.

Makes: 6 – 8 servings

1 cup peanuts
1 cup walnuts
3 tablespoons butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons water
2 pieces apple
1 piece green apple
¼ cup raisins (OPTIONAL)
1 piece macaroni pack 500g
1 piece Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise 700ml
1 piece small can condensed milk 300ml
1 pack all-purpose cream 250ml
1 can fruit cocktail 836g, drained
1 pack cheese 430g, sliced into small cubes
1 bottle nata de coco 340g, drained
½ cup green kaong, drained well
½ cup red kaong, drained well


  1. Prepare pasta

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.

  2. Make caramel

    In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter, sugars, salt and water together until the sugars have completely dissolved.

  3. Coat nuts

    Add the peanuts and walnuts and mix until everything is well coated and the nuts are toasted and warmed through.

  4. Let caramelized nuts

    Pour out the nuts onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread them, making sure they don’t stick together in clumps. Let dry and set.

  5. Chop the apples

    dice the apples into equal, medium-diced pieces.

  6. Chop nuts

    Roughly chop the candied nuts. Set aside.

  7. Mix the salad fixins

    In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, fruit cocktail, apples, cheese, candied nuts, nata de coco, raisins, red kaong, and green kaong. Add condensed milk, all-purpose cream, and Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise.

  8. Toss and mix

    Mix well and serve chilled.
