Fruit Salad Hacks

DIFFICULTY: Easy
Makes 4 servings each
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes each, excluding freezing time


Ingredients:

Fruit Salad Graham Cake:
12 pieces graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pack (125ml) Nestlé All Purpose Cream
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 can (507g) fruit cocktail, drained well

Fruit Salad Shake:
6 cups crushed ice
1 pack (125ml) Nestlé All Purpose Cream
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 can (507g) fruit cocktail
1 cup Nestlé corn flakes

Ice Candy Fruit Salad:
1 can (507g) fruit cocktail, drained and half of syrup reserved
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 pack (125ml) Nestlé All Purpose Cream

Procedure:

Fruit Salad Graham Cake:
1. Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving container.
2. Whip Nestlé All Purpose Cream and mix with condensed milk.
3. Add cream mixture onto the base and top with fruit cocktail. Refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled.

Fruit Salad Shake:
1. Drain fruit cocktail and place in a blender.
2. Add Nestlé All Purpose Cream and condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into serving glasses and top with cornflakes.

Ice Candy Fruit Salad:
1. Combine fruit cocktail, 1/2 cup of the syrup, Nestlé All Purpose Cream, and condensed milk in a blender. Pulse the blender to coarsely chop fruits in the mixture.
2. Pour into plastic containers using a funnel. Seal and freeze overnight. Serve frozen.
