Fruit Salad Hacks

DIFFICULTY: Easy
Makes 4 servings each
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes each, excluding freezing time


Ingredients:

Fruit Salad Graham Cake:
12 pieces graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pack Nestlé All Purpose Cream (125ml)
1/2 small can condensed milk
1 can fruit cocktail, drained well (507g)

Fruit Salad Shake:
1 can fruit cocktail (507g)
1 pack Nestlé All Purpose Cream (125ml)
1 small can condensed milk (216g)
6 cups crushed ice
1 cup Nestlé corn flakes

Ice Candy Fruit Salad:
1 can fruit cocktail, drained and half of syrup reserved (507g)
1 pack Nestlé All Purpose Cream (125ml)
1/2 small can condensed milk (108g)

Procedure:

Fruit Salad Graham Cake:
1. Mix graham crackers, butter, and sugar. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving container.
2. Whip Nestlé All Purpose Cream and mix with condensed milk.
3. Add cream mixture onto the base and top with fruit cocktail. Refrigerate overnight. Serve well chilled.

Fruit Salad Shake:
1. Drain fruit cocktail and place in a blender.
2. Add Nestlé All Purpose Cream and condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into serving glasses and top with cornflakes.

Ice Candy Fruit Salad:
1. Combine fruit cocktail, half of the syrup, Nestlé All Purpose Cream, and condensed milk in a blender. Pulse the blender to coarsely chop fruits in the mixture.
2. Pour into plastic containers using a funnel. Seal and freeze overnight. Serve frozen.
