Makes: 10 pieces

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ cup Miso Paste
2 blocks firm tofu, drained
oil, for frying


  1. Make batter

    In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and miso paste until well combined.

  2. Prepare tofu

    Break the block of tofu into small chunks and add them to the bowl. Toss the tofu well to evenly coat in the sauce mixture.

  3. Fry

    In a pan over medium heat, fry coated tofu pieces in hot oil until crispy.
