Ingredients:
½ teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon water
¼ teaspoon calamansi juice
1/8 teaspoon chilli flakes
¼ teaspoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon chopped wansoy
1 teaspoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning

TANGY LIVER SAUCE 
Paired With Crispy Pata

Ingredients:
2 ½ teaspoon liver sauce
1 ¼ teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning

CHILI PEANUT SAUCE
Paired With Chicken Satay

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoon pork stock
½ tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon calamansi juice
1/8 cup peanut butter
½ teaspoon soy sauce
¼ cup crushed toasted peanuts
1 1/2 teaspoon Knorr Liquid Seasoning

Procedure:
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Serve with inihaw na liempo.

Procedure:
1. In a small pot over medium heat, add the sesame oil and saute the garlic and chili flakes until fragrant.
2. Add the water and pork stock. Mix in the sugar until dissolved.
3. Add the calamansi juice, peanut butter, soy sauce, peanuts, and Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Mix. Serve with chicken satay.
