Makes 4 to 6 servings
Preparation and cooking time: overnight (including 12 hours chilling)


12 pieces graham crackers, crushed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 pack (125ml) Nestlé All Purpose Cream
2 tablespoons condensed milk
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 pieces banana, sliced
½ cup crushed peanut brittle


1. Mix graham crackers and butter. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving container. Set aside and chill.
2. Combine Nestlé All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, and brown sugar. Mix well until brown sugar is dissolved.
3. Assemble graham, banana, and cream mixture in layers. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Top with peanut brittle and serve well chilled.
