Ingredients:

2 cups rice flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1¾ cups beer, cold
2 cups oyster mushrooms
Cooking oil for frying

Mayo Pinakurat Dip:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sukang pinakurat, with bits
Salt and pepper to taste
Sugar to taste

Aioli Dip:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon crushed toasted garlic
1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Honey Mustard Dip:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

Procedure:

1. Wash mushrooms and pat dry.
2. In a bowl, mix together rice flour, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined and evenly distributed.
3. Add beer and mix until a smooth light batter.
4. Dip mushrooms to evenly coat.
5. Heat up oil in a large pan and deep fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
6. In separate bowls, add dip ingredients and mix well. Serve with the fried mushrooms.
