Creamy Desserts

DIFFICULTY: Easy
Makes at least 4 servings
Preparation and Cooking Time: 3 hours (including minimum 1 hour refrigeration time)


Ingredients:

Broas Fruit Delight:
3 tablespoons condensed milk
1 pack NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can fruit cocktail, drained and liquid reserved
1 pack broas
1/2 tablespoon powdered gelatin

Fruit Cathedral:
2 packs NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1 cup liquid from fruit cocktail
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons powdered gelatin
1 cup fruit cocktail

Creamy Quezo Fruit Salad:
1 pack NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1 small can condensed milk
1 can fruit cocktail
Grated quezo de bola
Macaroni salad noodles

Procedure:

Broas Fruit Delight:
1. Whisk and mix Nestle Cream + Condensed Milk + Vanilla. Set aside to cool.
2. Layer a serving tray with broas, then half of the custard, then a layer of fruit. Repeat and set aside.
3. In a small pot, heat the fruit cocktail liquid and whisk in the powdered gelatin until dissolved.
4. Pour the gelatin to the top of the layered dessert. Refrigerate to set then serve.

Fruit Cathedral:
1. In a bowl over low heat, combine the all purpose cream, fruit cocktail liquid, and sugar. Mix until hot.
2. Add the powdered gelatin and mix until dissolved. Slightly cool.
3. In a mold, pour 1/4 of the cream mixture and add 1/4 of the fruit cocktail. Cool in the refrigerator until slightly set. Repeat procedure until mold is full.
4. Chill to set, remove from mold, then serve.

Creamy Quezo Fruit Salad:
1. In a bowl, mix the all purpose cream and condensed milk.
2. Add the fruit cocktail and grated quezo de bola. Add macaroni salad noodles. Gently mix. Refrigerate before serving.
