Makes 8 to 10 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 45 minutes
½ cup longganisa, crumbled
½ cup chorizo de bilbao, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
½ cup white onion, minced
3 cups NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM
½ cup cheese, grated
2 cups water from boiling pasta
1 kilo spaghetti noodles, cooked
1. In a pan over medium heat, fry longganisa and chorizo de bilbao until oil is rendered and meats slightly browned.
2. Add butter, garlic, and onion then sauté until fragrant and translucent.
3. Add NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and cheese. Stir to combine. Mix in water.
3. Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce until well coated. Serve.
