1 liter water
1 piece onion, quartered
2 pieces tomato, quartered
1 piece siling pang-sigang
½ cup radish, sliced diagonally
½ cup okra, sliced diagonally
½ cup sitaw, cut into 2½ -inch pieces
1 pack MAGGI® MAGIC SINIGANG SA GABI MIX (22g)
2 cups corned beef chunks
1 cup kangkong leaves
1. Combine water, onion, tomato, and siling pang-sigang in a pot. Simmer while covered for 15 minutes. Add radish, okra, and sitaw with 2-minute intervals.
2. Pour MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG SA GABI MIX and mix.
3. Add corned beef chunks and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Stir in kangkong. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
