Preparation and cooking time: 1 hour


½ of the chicken cuts (red meat)
½ kilo pork, adobo cut
4 – 6 pcs garlic, peeled and minced
2 pc bay leaf
1 tsp black peppercorns
¼ cup vinegar
1/8 cup soy sauce
¼ cup water/ chicken broth
1 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Pat chicken and pork dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper, set aside.
2. In a pan over medium heat, saute garlic until aromatic. Add the seasoned chicken and pork pieces and sear lightly. add water.
3. Add the bay leaves, black peppercorns, soy sauce, and vinegar. simmer until tender and cooked all the way.
4. Take out from heat and serve.
