Makes: 1 – 2 servings
2 cans ARGENTINA Corned Chicken
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 pieces garlic cloves
1 piece spring onion, chopped
¼ cup soy sauce + more to taste
2½ tablespoons sugar or honey
1 cup rice
1 cup water
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
In rice cooker/pot, saute garlic in sesame oil over low heat for a few minutes.
Add ARGENTINA CORNED CHICKEN to pot. Cook for a few minutes.
Add washed rice into the pot, and mix until well coated with the saute mix.
Add soy sauce, sugar, and water. mix well.
Cover and boil until cooked through.
