Chicken Pastel Rice

Time needed: 45 minutes.

Makes: 2 servings

1 cup rice
½ cup chicken broth
2 cans ARGENTINA Corned Chicken
2 tbsp oil
1/3 cup Vienna sausage, chopped
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 piece bell pepper, chopped
1 piece red onion, chopped
1 piece potato, chopped
1 piece carrot, chopped
Peas, as needed
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Cut vegetables

    Cut carrots and potatoes.

  2. Saute aromatics

    In rice cooker / pot, saute onion, bell pepper, potatoes, and carrots in oil over medium heat for a few minutes.

  3. Add chicken

    Add ARGENTINA CORNED CHICKEN and Vienna sausage to pot. Cook for a few minutes.

  4. Rice

    Add rice, chicken broth, Vienna broth, and evaporated milk then season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

  5. Boil

    Cover the pot and boil until cooked.
