Ingredients:

Basic Chia Pudding

1 cup chia seeds
3 cups milk
1/2 cup honey

Apple Pie Chia Pudding

1 apple, chopped
2 teaspoons. water
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
granola
raisins

Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

1 mango, flesh crushed
1 cup chia pudding
granola
dried mangoes, chopped
desiccated coconut

Banana Peanut Butter

1 banana, sliced
granola
1 cup chia pudding
2 tbsps. peanut butter
bananas
a pinch of cinnamon

Procedure:

Basc Chia Pudding

  1. Mix together chia seeds, milk and honey. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until mixture is thick and seeds are plump.
  2. Use in the three variations.

Apple Pie Chia Pudding

  1. Mix together chopped apples, water, honey and cinnamon. Microwave for 2 minutes, until apples are soft.
  2. Assemble: Granola – chia pudding – raisins – cooked apples – repeat

Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

  1. Mix together 1 cup of chia pudding with the flesh of one mango. Set aside.
  2. Assemble: Granola – mango chia pudding – dried mangoes – dessicated coconut – repeat

Banana Peanut Butter

  1. Assemble: Granola – chia pudding – peanut butter – sliced bananas – cinnamon
