Ingredients:

Ginger Beer Snow Cone:
1 bottle pale pilsen
3/4 thumb ginger, grated
2 pieces calamansi, juiced
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup water

Mango Beer Snow Cone:
1 bottle Belgium blonde beer
1/2 piece ripe mango, crushed
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup water

Tamarind Beer Snow Cone:
1 bottle dark lager
1/8 cup boiled and strained tamarind
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon honey

Procedure:

Pour beers into separate shallow dishes or microwavable containers and freeze, scraping them with a fork every 45 minutes for 2 to 3 hours or until frozen.

Ginger juice:
Heat the water in a small pot over low heat. Add ginger, calamansi, and honey and mix until combined.

Mango juice:
Heat water in a small pot over low heat. Add the mango, mash, and simmer until combined. You may strain the pulp if you prefer to remove them.

Tamarind juice:
Heat the water in a small pot over low heat. Add tamarind, sugar, and honey and mix until combined and syrupy.

Assembly:
Prepare snow cones or cups for each beer. Drizzle ginger juice onto the pale pilsen, mango juice onto the blonde beer, and tamarind juice onto the dark lager. Enjoy cold!
