Makes 4 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 40 minutes


Bean Mix:
3 packs of Hunt’s Chili Beef and Beans (100 grams)
1 bag unsalted corn chips

Guacamole Mash:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 small pieces avocado, peeled, and diced
½ tablespoon sea salt

Onion & Bell Pepper Mix:
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

60 grams sour cream
½ cup cheddar cheese grated
¼ cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped


Beans Mix:

  1. Open the packs of Hunt’s Chili Beef and Beans, drain and mash with fork.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons crushed corn chips to the bean mixture.

Guacamole Mash:

  1. Combine mashed avocado, lemon juice, cilantro and sea salt, set aside.

Onion & Bell Pepper Mix:

  1. In a separate bowl, combine onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and hot sauce, season with salt and pepper.


  1. In a transparent bowl, start assembly by putting a thick layer of the beans mixture.
  2. Spread sour cream, then add the guacamole mash on top.
  3. Sprinkle a thick layer of onion and bell pepper mix.
  4. Cover with cheddar cheese and top off with sliced olives and cilantro.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes and serve with multi-grain chips or crackers.
