Makes: 20 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes


Turon Wrapper

Ube Filling:
1 cup ube jam
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup condensed milk

Peach Mango Filling:
1/2 cup mango, diced
1/2 cup peach, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon tapioca starch mixed with 1 1/2 tablespoons water
1/8 cup syrup from peaches

Choco Mallow Filling:
1/2 cup chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon butter, cubed
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup Marshmallow

Oil, for frying
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish


Ube Filling:
1. In a pot over medium heat combine ingredients.
2. Mix until well combined and a thick paste forms. Set aside.

Peach Mango Filling:
1. Combine everything in a pot over medium heat and cook until fruit is soft and mixture is thick. Set aside.

Choco Mallow Filling:
1. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. Add cream and mix until well combined. Mix in marshmallows and chill mixture until set.

1. Place a few spoonful of filling onto a turon wrapper then wrap and seal. Repeat for all fillings.
2. Fry pieces for 5 to 10 minutes in oil. Serve with sesame seeds.
