Ingredients:

Mani Con Hielo:
1 ½ cup peanuts, raw
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups water
Ice, crushed, as needed
Evaporated milk, as needed

Kamote Con Hielo:
4 pieces kamote, sliced
¾ cup brown sugar
1½ cup water
Ice, crushed, as needed
Evaporated milk, as needed

Mangga Con Hielo:
4 pieces mango, sliced
¾ cup brown sugar
1½ cup water
Ice, crushed, as needed
Evaporated milk, as needed

Procedure:

Mani Con Hielo:
1. In a pan over medium heat, place peanuts in water and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar and boil until liquid reduces by half and syrupy. Cool.
2. In a serving dish, place a scoop of the peanut mixture in the bottom, top with a layer of ice, and top with a few more peanuts. Repeat for another layer. Pour evaporated milk.

Kamote Con Hielo:
1. In a pan over medium heat, place kamote pieces in water and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar and boil until liquid reduces by half and syrupy. Cool.
2. In a serving dish, place a scoop of the kamote mixture in the bottom, top with a layer of ice, and top with a few more kamote slices. Repeat for another layer. Pour evaporated milk.

Mangga Con Hielo:
