Frittata base plus chosen variant makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 15 minutes


Frittata Base:
2 pieces eggs
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt, to taste

All Meat Filling:
1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
3 pieces bacon, cooked and crushed
2 pieces ham, cooked and diced
3 pieces garlic longganisa, cooked and crumbled

Vegetarian Filling:
1/4 teaspoon butter, melted
1/2 small piece red bell pepper, diced
1 stalk leek, sliced
1/4 small piece carrot, grated

Cheesy Pimento Filling:
1/4 teaspoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon cheese pimiento spread
1/2 tablespoon grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 medium piece bell pepper, diced

Corned Beef Hash Filling:
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 cup corned beef, cooked with potatoes and onions


  1. In a microwaveable container, combine the frittata base ingredients.
  2. Choose your filling! Mix in the ingredients under the variant you chose, either all meat, vegetarian, cheesy pimiento, or corned beef hash.
  3. Place the container in the microwave with a microwave cover. Set on high for two minutes or until egg is visually cooked. Eat hot!
