Makes 4 to 6 servings
Preparation and cooking time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

Tenders:
500g chicken tenders
8g liquid seasoning
½ cup all-purpose flour
Oil, for deep frying

Batter:
1 large egg, beaten
¾ cup water
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
8 grams liquid seasoning
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
¼ pack NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml

Creamy Mustard Dip:
½ pack NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml
¼ cup prepared mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp liquid seasoning
1 tbsp sugar or to taste

Procedure:

Tenders:
1. Season chicken tenders with liquid seasoning. Roll each piece of chicken tender in all-purpose flour. Shake off excess flour.

Batter:
1. In bowl, combine egg, water, all-purpose flour, baking powder, liquid seasoning, freshly ground pepper, and NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM. Whisk to have a smooth batter.
2. Dip chicken tenders in the batter.

Cooking:
1. Heat oil in a deep pan.
2 Deep fry the chicken tenders in hot oil until golden brown.

Creamy Mustard Dip:
1. Combine ingredients.
2. Serve with the chicken tenders.
